Avoid peak times by pre-booking your tickets online:
High attendance around 3 p.m. on weekends and during school holidays in C zone.
For a more comfortable visit, it is advisable to come on Fridays, Saturdays and during the mornings.
Access the exhibition spaces directly with your tickets printed or presented on your mobile, as well as your annual membership.
Your tickets are valid from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., you can enter and exit as many times as you wish.
We estimate the visit time at around 2 hours, so we advise you to plan your arrival no later than 4 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. in order to enjoy the Museum.
Deposit information
Vigipirate plan, emergency attack: the locker room is now closed.
As part of the Vigipirate plan, the following are not accepted at the entrance to the establishment:
- Suitcase and big bag
- Scooters and other individual vehicles
- Motorcycle helmets
Are admitted:
- Bicycle helmets remaining in the hands of visitors. Ideally hung or relegated to small bags that they keep with them
- Strollers and trolleys for people with reduced mobility (dedicated parking)
In the event of a weather alert, access to the Henri Gaussen Botanical Garden and the greenhouses is closed, in accordance with the regulations in force for municipal gardens.
